Braden River Middle student competes in Braille competitions

Brandon Cox has been speed-reading with his fingers for seven years.

With encouragement from Sandy Hoffman, a teacher of the visually impaired for Manatee County School District, Brandon Cox, an eighth-grade student at Braden River Middle School, has been competing in Braille competitions for 7 years.
