8:49 a.m. — 1000 block of Colleton Drive
Dispute: An employee at a laundromat reported a customer for creating a disturbance. She said the customer complained about not getting the correct change after putting money into the change machine. The employee explained to the customer that she could not refund him any money, because she did not know how much he had put in and the manager was not present at the time. She said the man made a scene before leaving the laundromat. Officers made contact with the man, who said he had put either a $20 or $50 bill into the change machine and did not receive any change back. He admitted to causing a scene, and said he was just angry about losing the money.

Property Damage: A woman reported that, during the night, someone threw eggs at her house and put shaving cream and threw eggs on her car. The woman said the board of directors to her neighborhood association should have access to video cameras at the entrance to the neighborhood, and that she'd alert officers when the footage was available. The woman said she got into a verbal altercation with two subjects in delivery vehicles the previous day, but she had no further information on those subjects.

Theft: The manager of a store observed a man walking around, stuffing food items into his pants. She confronted him, and the man placed a package of hot dogs on the counter before leaving the store. She told officers the man is in the store all the time, and she wanted them to issue the man a trespass warning. Officers were unable to locate the man in the area.
