A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kenneth and Wendy Diamond, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 12807 Deacons Place to Dean and Nancy Kudich, of Lakewood Ranch, for $743,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,849 square feet of living area.

Jesus and Sonia Mendoza, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6415 189th St. E., to Horst and Gloria Gerner, of Bradenton, for $720,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,017 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
James Fink, of Placida, sold the home at 15110 Sundial Place to Alessandro and Patricia Giannini, of Lakewood Ranch, for $665,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 2006.

LWR Rentals LLC sold the home at 13851 Wood Duck Circle to Juergen and Linda Lafrenz, of Bradenton, for $432,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2011.
