Asolo Rep's New Stages Tour 2015 Meet and Greet

Sponsors, actors, and theater lovers gathered to celebrate the beginning of Asolo Repertory Theatre's 2015 New Stages Tour production of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night."

Entering its sixth year, the Asolo Repertory Theatre's New Stages Tour program spreads the power of William Shakespeare and live theater to hundreds of school children in Sarasota and across the state. Featuring a cast comprised entirely of third-year students at the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training, this year's production continues the comedic hijinks of last year's tour of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" with a production of the cross-dressing, mistaken identity comedy "Twelfth Night."

Director Jen Wineman and the cast of conservatory students have set the play in a modern day summer camp and will modernize some of the language and cut the piece to an entertaining 45-minute version for students new to theater and to the world of Shakespeare. The New Stages Tour team held a meet and greet at the Asolo Repertory Theatre for patrons, theater lovers and educators to meet this year's cast and creative team.

Below is the cast of the actors as campers in this remixed "Twelfth Night."

Kevin Barber: Orsino

Mark Comer: Sir Toby Belch

Chris Alexey Diaz: Antonio

Ally Farzetta: Feste

Tom Harney: Malvolio

Josh James: Sir Andrew Aguecheek

Joe Knispel: Fabian & Valentine

Jordan Ben Sobel: Fabian & Valentine

Kim Stephenson: Maria

Evan Reynolds White: Sebastian
