Art Center Sarasota celebrates Mashterpiece

The Art Center Sarasota and Manasota Goodwill celebrated their second year of artistic recycling with the "MASHterpiece" art project. Opening May 21 and running until this weekend, the "MASHterpiece" exhibit featured 30 artists who took one or two pieces of art, clothing or objects that were donated to a local Goodwill donation store and converted them into works of art. Art Center Sarasota celebrated the "MASHterpiece" artists and their works with a party featuring a buffet of drinks and a mashed potato bar.
