+ Deborah Beacham sells Casey Key home
Deborah Beacham, of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, listed and sold a North Casey Key home that sold for $2,275,000.

Located at 740 N. Casey Key Road, the property, known as Casa de Blanco, has more than 3,800 square feet of air-conditioned space, two en suite bedrooms on the ground level and a master suite that occupies the entire second floor, according to a news release.

The home is the fourth single-family home sale on Casey Key in 2014; a fifth vacant parcel on the island also sold this year. Beachum listed and sold the two highest-selling properties.

+ White Oaks Investment Management opens new office
White Oaks Investment Management Inc. opened a new office at 595 Bay Isles Road, Suite 250. The firm provides investment advisory services on a fee-only basis to five pooled strategies and to White Oaks Wealth Advisors Inc., a firm that offers financial planning and family office services.

“This also provides the opportunity for White Oaks Wealth Advisors to serve our existing clients who have moved out of state and to expand our influence in the planning and family office services as well,” said Sharon Bloodworth, president of White Oaks Wealth Advisors, in the release.

White Oaks Investment Management manages more than $280 million in private fund assets and advises White Oak Wealth Advisors on investments of more than $148 million for high-net and ultra-high net worth individuals and foundations.

+ VUE Sarasota Bay announces sales team
Michael Saunders & Co. announced that Lisa Morris and Georgia Kopelousos will partner as the on-site sales team for the new 18-story VUE Sarasota Bay. The project is scheduled to break ground in May, at the corner of Gulfstream Avenue and Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, and will have 141 units.
