Water Club condo sells for $2.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 3 and March 7.

A condominium in The Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Martha Wile, trustee, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jerry Jacobson and Laura Jacobson, trustees, of Sugarcreek, Ohio, for $2.3 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths and 3,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,225,000 in 2004.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key
Shelley Winkler, Jean Winkler and Linda Winkler sold their Unit C-303 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Timothy and Dawn Horth, of Zionsville, Ind., for $1.48 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two bath, two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 1993.

Conrad Beach
Jerry and Pamela Brabant, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 383 Firehouse Lane to Roger and Rhonda Werner, of Greenwood, Ind., for $825,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,117 square feet of living area.

Tangerine Bay Club
Gwendolyn Bottoms, trustee, and Robert Bottoms, of Watkinsville, Ga., sold the Unit 422 condominium at 370 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles DeRose, trustee, of Charleston, S.C., for $800,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,255 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $835,400 in 2005.

Promenade
Dawn Horth, of Zionsville, Ind. sold the Unit 407 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Phillip and Kimberly Marshall, of Prospect, Ky., for $785,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000
in 2011.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Patricia Lambert, of Rockport, Mass., sold her Unit 725 condominium at 725 Bayport Way to Chris and Christine Lake, of Longboat Key, for $430,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2011.

The Privateer South
Richard Thie II and Eleanor Deskin, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 205 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Prakashen Govender and Jenisa Naidoo, of Manitoba, Canada, for $405,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $217,000 in 1998.

Silver Sands
FL Silver Sands LLC sold the Unit 253 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Julia Katsis, trustee, of Elmhurst, Ill., for $375,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.

Beach Castle Resort
James Theiss and Margaret Theiss, of New Richmond, Ohio, sold their Unit 22 condominium at 5310 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Susan Jacobsen, of Sun Prairie, Wis., for $340,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $441,300 in 2005.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Charlotte Gallagher, of St. Louis, sold her Unit 178 condominium at 731 El Centro to Ronald and Jamie Seagren and Randall and Susan Mason, of Apollo Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1984.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates

Rainer and Debora Blomster, of Sarasota, sold their home at 55 N. Washington Drive to Chrisopher Roberts and Josephine Gambardella, of McLean, Va., for $945,000. Built in 1960, it has six bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2013.

LIDO
Lido Regency

J. Richard and Patricia Hudome, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 3-G condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Sallie West, of Wheeling, W.Va., for $350,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,000 in 2001.
