Stephen and Linda Weisz, of Orlando, sold their Unit 406 condominium at 1581 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Patrick McEnany and Linda Lee Zankl, of Coral Gables, for $6 million. Built in 2024, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,286 square feet of living area. It sold for $4,463,500 in 2024.
V. William and Nancy Hunt, of Carmel, Indiana, sold their Unit 3 condominium at 2161 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stanley and Amy Sheft, of Longboat Key, for $3.75 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,800 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,225,000 in 2001.
Jeffrey Lenchner and Jill Jory Lenchner, trustees, of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 3444 Mistletoe Lane to Rebecca Gloriod and Bruce Betts, trustees, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, for $2.6 million. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,836 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.05 million in 2020.

John Bullock, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 206 condominium at 4960 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Laura and Andrew Sparks, of Philadelphia, for $645,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It sold for $827,000 in 2023.
