Robert Henkel and Donna Beck Henkel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 548 Hornblower Lane to Anthony and Kim Marie Bohl of Longboat Key, for $4.5 million. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,976 square feet of living area. It sold for $5.2 million in 2022.

John Ringling Estates

GNS Sinclair Property LLC sold the home at 404 S. Polk Drive to Robert and Ashley Frankis, of Ocean Pines, Maryland, for $1.59 million. Built in 1960, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,260 square feet of living area.
