+ Community association meeting scheduled
The West Florida Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) will host a free homeowners education seminar at 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at Pine Shores Presbyterian Church Community Center, 6120 Crestwood Ave., Sarasota.

The seminar will address the topic of rule enforcement in associations. A panel of professionals includes Sarasota attorney Dan Lobeck and Tiffany Cox, a community association manager with Argus Property Management.
