East County residents celebrated St. Patrick's Day and their Irish heritage during the inaugural Irish Celtic Festival March 17 at Central Park in Lakewood Ranch.
Guests enjoyed a Lucky Dog Parade, live musical and dance entertainment, children's games and activities, food, green beer and more.
