The following residential real estate transactions took place between September 6 and September 10. A home in The Landings tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kenneth and Deirdre D’Silva, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4808 Peregrine Point Circle West to Reginald and Lauren Saint-Hilaire and David Goldstein, of Sarasota, for $1.6 million. Built in 1985, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,965 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.05 million in 2014.
Arlington Portfolio Homes LLC sold the home at 2202 Hillview St. to Maria Cecilia Freeman, of W. Bloomfield Township, Michigan, for $1.49 million. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet of living area. It  sold for $235,200 in April.
George Trovato and Benjamaporn Tirat, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1208 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Michael Joseph Campbell Jr. and Stacey Campbell, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for $1.3 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,642 square feet of living area. It  sold for $600,000 in 2015.
Christopher and Sophann Bretz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1954 Oleander St. to Eugene and Alexandra Vellon, of Sarasota, for $890,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,245 square feet of living area. It  sold for $450,000 in 2017.
Allison Menke Miller and Warren Miller, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1947 Magnolia St. to Opendoor Property Trust I for $593,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,324 square feet of living area. It  sold for $195,000 in 2001.
David and Linda Thompson sold their Unit 106-B condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to Thomas and Cindy Jones, of Sarasota, for $730,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It  sold for $365,000 in 2003.
Robert and Ann Segal, of Margate City, New Jersey, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 5420 Eagles Point Circle to Marilyn Rosengarden and Paul Frederick, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,930 square feet of living area. It  sold for $307,500 in 1993.

DRH Investment and Advisory Inc. sold the home at 1961 Brookhaven Drive to Merissa Kihnke, of Sarasota, for $569,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet of living area. It  sold for $375,000 in February.
PFI Real Estate LLC sold the home at 744 45th St. to Manuela Gruber, of Punta Gorda, for $548,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,634 square feet of living area. It  sold for $346,000 in 2020.
Katherine Best, of Bradenton, sold her Unit 101 condominium at 1221 N. Palm Ave. to Laura Lambert, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1928, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,124 square feet of living area. It  sold for $310,000 in 2017.

Stephen and Laura Curran, of Cincinnati, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 8710 Midnight Pass Road to Jane Gray, of Dublin, Ohio, for $850,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area. It  sold for $450,000 in 2011.
Madeline Disanti, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 504 condominium at 20 Whispering Sands Drive to Lori Areminski, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, for $735,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet of living area. It  sold for $195,000 in 1995.
