Lido property sells for $2.6 million

William and Sandra Ruppert, of Overland Park, Kan., sold the waterfront Lot 4 and southeast corner of Lot 6 on Westway Drive in the Lido C Subdivision of the John Ringling Estates to Modus Operandi Partners LLC, a Florida limited-liability company with a Bradenton address, registered to Louis Najmy, of Bradenton, for $2.6 million. The property sold for $3.1 million in December 2000.
