Sleepy Lagoon home sells for $1,775,000

James and Pamela Eatrides, of Bradenton Beach, sold their home at 700 Lyons Lane, in Sleepy Lagoon, to Michael and Desiree Trahan, of Waitsfield, Vt., for $1,775,000. Built in 2006, the 4,763-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming pool. The property last sold for $325,000 in April 1999.

Cops Corner

8 p.m. - 4300 block of Drake Boulevard E. Information. The complainant reported unknown person(s) entered her yard and took a skateboard ramp valued at $250. There were no witnesses to the incident and no evidence was left behind. The complainant was issued a case number and was advised to call is she had any additional information. She later called back to advise that she had found the skateboard ramp around the corner from her home in the 4300 block of 56th Avenue Terrace E. When the responding deputy arrived at the suspect residence, the owner stated his son took the skateboard ramp because he thought the complainant moved and left it in the yard. The complainant is moving out of her residence, but she did respond and picked up the ramp.
