Three-bedroom Casey Key home sells for $1.6 million

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Scott Dreffin, of Cleveland, Ga., and Desi Dreffin, of Osprey, sold their home at 4027 Casey Key Road to Stephanie Caradonna, trustee, of Osprey, for $1.6 million.
