A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Walter and Sharon Davisson, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Morton and Doris Botshon, of Skytop, Pa., for $1,185,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2004.
