Chef Camp offers four sessions through the summer where children are taught by real chefs to saute, grill, make pasta, sauce and deserts. The Taste of Tuscany session ran from July 15 to July 19 with 15 campers participating. Campers learned what professional chefs do to prepare for the day. They were taught by Mattison's Forty One Chefs Jeff Sladky, Ken Smith, Ray LaJoie, and Aaron Mortensen about proper table setting, event logistics, kitchen safety and of course cooking the meals.
