Casey Key property sale fetches $5.3 million

Timothy O’Donnell, trustee, of New City, N.Y., sold the home at 703 Casey Key Road and two vacant tracts on 100 Circuit Road and Casey Key Road to J. Dean Stauffer and Shelagh Stauffer, trustees, of Nokomis, for $5.3 million.
