Bob and Ruth Mechigian, of Commerce, Mich., sold their Unit B-403 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to Stuart Wolpoff and Lee Rosner, of Potomac, Md., for $925,000.

According to a witness, a hit-and-run suspect with a gun jumped out of a stolen pickup and began firing at several sheriff's deputies. The suspect was seriously hurt, and, according to the witness, a deputy was also shot.
