Community Foundation donors deliver smiles

Harry Leopold is attempting to sneak out of a group photograph. He's already in the elevator at the Community Foundation, heading upstairs, where he plans to watch 15 volunteers squeeze together and try not to block their faces with the tall blooming orchids they're about to deliver to local nonprofit organizations.

A home in Old Oaks sells for $859,000

Jonathan Greene, of Verona, N.J., sold his home in Old Oaks at 926 Indian Beach Drive to Anita Dunn and Ellen Babbitt, of Chevy Chase, Md., for $859,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $785,000 in 2004.
