A condominium in Plaza at Five Points tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Malouf and Therese Abraham, of Canadian, Texas, sold their Unit 12F condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Steven and Lynn Blackledge, of Longboat Key, for $1.1 million.
