Beau Ciel condominium sells for $1.2 million

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Jeffrey and Bonnie Lawenda, trustees, sold the Unit 904 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Michael and Faith Goldman, of Wilmington, Del., for $1.2 million.
