Key Real Estate: Vizcaya condo sells for $2.1 million

There were eight sales recorded at the Sarasota and Manatee courthouses on Longboat, Lido, St. Armands and Bird keys for the four-day reporting week of Feb. 16 through Feb. 19, which was shortened by Presidents Day.
