Sleepy Lagoon home sells for $1.8 million

Sharon Catallo, of Wetumpka, Ala., sold her home at 6417 Gulfside Road in the north-Key Sleepy Lagoon subdivision to Sunset 55 LLC, a Florida limited-liability company registered to Jim Allen, also of Wetumpka, for $1.8 million.
