Sunglass Express Optical building sells for $850,000

St. Armands LLC, a Florida limited-liability company managed by Robert and Yvonne Schloss, purchased the building at 343 St. Armands Circle, where their Sunglass Express Optical store is located, for $850,000 from Darol Fry, 178 N. Washington Drive.
