11:16 p.m. - 3600 block of Fair Oaks Place. Suspicious Circumstance. A man said there were cars and people at the home of his neighbor, who is in England. Police found the homeowner at the house, who was confused because he does not know anyone in the neighborhood and has not been in England. He lives in Tampa and comes to the home once a month.
