Gilbert and Susan Harrell sold their Unit 263 at Grand Bay II to Linda and Glenn Miller, from Windemere, for $1,025,000. It was the largest real-estate transaction recorded on the keys during the week of June 8 through June 12.

Key Real Estate: Fifty-three key sales in last five weeks

After averaging seven transactions a week since the first of the year, real-estate sales on the keys climbed to 53 over the last five weeks from April 27 to May 29, or a weekly average of 10.6 sales recordings.

A 51-year-old north Lido Beach home at 160 Whittier Drive has been sold to Lido Key LLC, c/o Florida Venture Partners LLC, of Sarasota, for $2.15 million. The sellers were Denise and David Matthys.
