7:52 p.m. - 6300 block of Rosefinch Court. Robbery by sudden snatching. The victim was robbed of $1,000 cash by sudden snatching. The victim received a telephone call from the suspect, who is a co-worker. The suspect told the victim he had two 54-inch TVs that he would sell to him for $500 each. The victim met the suspect, who asked to see the money. The victim pulled out the money to show him. The suspect snatched the money from the victim's hands and took off running. The victim got into his vehicle and chased after the suspect vehicle. The victim chased the suspect into Harbour Pointe Apartments before losing sight of the suspect.

Eleven-year-old Tommy Hubbard pitched five solid innings of a must-win game, propelling Braden River's 10- and 11-year-old All-Stars to a 4-3 victory over Lakewood Ranch in Game 3 of the District 26 All-Star Baseball Tournament June 29.
