Bird Key home sells for $1.62 million

A home in Bird Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Patricia Valenti, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 647 N. Owl Drive to Robert O'Connell, of Decatur, Ill., for $1.62 million.
