A condominium in Peppertree Bay tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Betty Platnick, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 505A condominium at 1080 Peppertree Lane to Philip and Barbara Meltzer, of Hewlett, N.Y., for $579,000.
