A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Robert and Theresa Matus, of Redington Shores, sold their home at 12608 Elgin Terrace to Harold and Debra Wheeler, of Somerset, Pa., for $1.1 million.
