Four-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $4 million

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Billy and Vivian Baird, of Sturgis, Ky., sold their home at 1355 Westway Drive to Donn Winokur and Eileen O'Donnell-Winokur, of Sarasota, for $4 million.
