Thousands of people enjoyed the annual Fireworks Spectacular Thursday, July 4, at Bayfront Park. The grass was packed with people and Zambelli Fireworks put on the show. Zambelli Fireworks also does the fireworks at the Statue of Liberty in New York.

Sarasota Yacht Club celebrated the Fourth of July in style - barbecue, red, white and blue. Families and friends celebrated indoors and on the covered patio staying dry and in great spirits. There was live music, dancing, ping-pong and lots of patriotism.
