Four-bedroom Bird Key home sells for $4.55 million

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kerlyn Holdings Ltd. sold the home at 602 S. Owl Drive to Marie Baker and Mark Woglom, of Sarasota, for $4.55 million.
