Three bedroom Kanaya condo sells for $1,225,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 20 and April 24. 

Danny Finn and David Piszczek, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 803 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Susan Moss, of Sarasota, for $1,225,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 3,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2011.

Gerald and Florence Jensen, of Osprey, sold their Unit 903 condominium at 393 N. Point Road to John and Kim Coleman, of Osprey, for $850,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,778 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $506,000 in 2009.  

PALMER RANCH: $820,000

George Derr, trustee, of Moraine, Ohio, sold the home at 4088 Losillias Drive to Eduardo and Cecilia Kausel, of Sarasota, for $820,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,128 square feet of living area. 

NOKOMIS: $335,000

Carole Boardman, of Osprey, sold her home at 364 Monet Place to John and Deborah Loza, of Nokomis, for $335,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,174 square feet of living area. 

SIESTA KEY: $815,000

Terry Dorrity, of Bethlehem, Pa., sold his home at 5456 Azure Way to L. Diane McGaha and Richard Mintz, of Sarasota, for $815,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,476 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $740,000 in 2011.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 514 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to David and Audrey Campbell, of Sarasota, for $1,075,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2002.  

Rivo at Ringling
Laine Real Estate Inc. sold the Unit PH101 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Anthony Mazzeo and Janice Jost-Mazzeo, of Princeton, N.J., for $960,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 3,373 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,009,700 in 2010.

Rose-Marie Grupp, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 401 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Diane Settle and Mary Buchanan, of Sarasota, for $720,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,000 in 1996.  

Royal St. Andrew
Kathleen Harmon, trustee, of Ridgefield, N.J., sold the Unit 801 condominium at 555 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Willie Santana and Carmen Font, of Celebration, for $680,000.  Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1992.

Richard and Marilyn Ferguson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit PH-1401 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Stephen and Irene Gardner, of Sarasota, for $568,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2009.

757 Beach Road 500 LLC sold the Unit 500 condominium at 757 Beach Road to Joseph and Laurinda Marinelli, of Hudson, Mass., for $620,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,181 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2011.

L. June Johnson, trustee, of Rockford, Ill., sold the Unit 300 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to Beach Birds 4 LLC for $600,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $84,000 in 1979.  

Jeanette Kusibab, trustee, of Park Ridge, Ill., sold the Unit 104 condominium at 6236 Midnight Pass Road to Kurt Lewis, trustee, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $81,000 in 1979.

Roger and Lynn Normand, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4042 Via Mirada to Estate of Gertrude Feinroth, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,702 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2013.
