Lake Club home tops Lakewood Ranch-area sales at $3.2 million

A Lake Club home topped the week’s sales. James Brent and Joan Fricker Brent, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8493 Pavia Way to Gary Eiben and Mary Eiben, trustees, of Bradenton, for $3.2 million. Built in 2022, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,499 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,826,200 in 2022.

Lakewood National

Julie Marie Cook, trustee, and David Schulman, of Venice, sold the home at 5641 Arnie Loop to Christopher and Heather Russo, of Vermillion, Ohio, for $1.45 million. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,244 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,237,500 in 2024.

Michael Harold Edlin, trustee, of Venice, sold the home at 16816 Bwana Place to Peter Cullen and Sarah Cullen, trustees, of Bradenton, for $825,000. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,019 square feet of living area. It sold for $725,000 in 2021.
