Lake Club home tops Lakewood Ranch-area sales at $1.65 million

A home in Lake Club topped the week’s sales at $1.65 million. Marsha Finkelstein, trustee, of Boynton Beach, sold the home at 8217 Pavia Way to Matthew France, of Bradenton, for $1.65 million. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,427 square feet of living area. It sold for $892,100 in 2021.

Lakehouse Cove at Waterside

Douglas and Nancy Dolan, trustee, sold the home at 8119 Waterbend Trail to Robert Charles Sheldon and Azar Vassel Sheldon, of Sarasota, for $1,465,000. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,870 square feet of living area. It sold for $914,700 in 2020.

Stewart and Cynthia Robertson, of Montgomery, Alabama, sold their home at 8278 Grande Shores Drive to Mark and Yonhee Gordon, of Itasca, Illinois, for $1.45 million. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,135 square feet of living area. It sold for $667,100 in 2020.

Stephan and Teresa Zumsteg, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7965 Mainsail Lane to Black Dog Properties LLC for $1,299,000. Built in 2022, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,867 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.3 million in 2023.

Carrie Nogueira Bonaroti, of Sarasota, sold her home at 8048 Waterbend Trail to Eric and Judy Fox, of Sarasota, for $1,275,000. Built in 2023 it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,452 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,153,900 in 2023.

Gary and Doreen St. Laurent sold their home at 8109 Sandstar Way to Stephen and Laura Scott, of Sarasota, for $954,000. Built in 2022, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,272 square feet of living area. It sold for $970,000 in 2024.

Andrew Spielman, trustee, of Denver, sold the home at 8057 Tidal Pointe Way to Michael and Kathy Pinto, of Sarasota, for $780,000. Built in 2021, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,427 square feet of living area. It sold for $812,000 in 2024.

TIB Construction Inc. sold the home at 8033 Fairhaven Glen to Diana Ferrara, trustee, of Palatine, Illinois, for $1,435,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,561 square feet of living area. It sold for $850,000 in 2025.

Deyanira and Raymond Ackerman, trustees, of Weston, sold the home at 2508 Waterfront Circle to Richard and Karey Gray, of Pittsford, New York, for $1,425,000. Built in 2025, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and 4,695 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.4 million in 2025.
