Robert and Brittany Siler, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22905 67th Ave. E. to Curtis Taylor and Dana Buchanan, of Bradenton, for $1.45 million. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,704 square feet of living area. It sold for $575,000 in 2020.
Anne McGuire and Gary Tuck, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 20819 79th Ave. E. to FPRM Holdings LLC for $1,075,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,510 square feet of living area. It sold for $601,000 in 2014.
