A two-property sale on Hudson Pointe Drive tops the week’s sales at $2,527,000. William Roe and Elizabeth Cole Roe sold two properties at 1610 Hudson Pointe Drive to Nicholas and Lisa Seminara, of Avon, Connecticut, for $2,527,000. The first property was built in 1953 and has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,738 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2014 and has one bath and 528 square feet of living area. They sold for $1.85 million in 2016.

Burns Court Villas

Michael Kutner and Cynthia Swanson, trustees, sold the Unit 14 condominium at 1529 Oak St. to Robert Bernstein, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.7 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,052 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,125,000 in 2016.
