She served as a Eucharistic Minister as well as played the organ at the church for services and gatherings. She also volunteered her time giving out food to the homeless at St. Vincent de Paul Society.

Her pieces ranged from Landscapes to Abstract, and was commissioned for her beautiful work. Carole cherished her time with her husband and family. She encouraged her children by fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where they felt valued and loved.
