A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David Zaccardelli, trustee, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 100 Ogden St. to William Crouse, trustee, of Sarasota, for $6.1 million. The first property was built in 2007 and has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,712 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1947 and has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,027 square feet of living area. They sold for $2.5 million in 2017.

Carey and Margaret Stanton, of Tampa, sold their Unit 520 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Milton Grebler and Kathleen Grogan, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,675,000. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It sold for $900,900 in 2019.

Patricia Burrer, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold the home at 1711 Kenilworth St. to Kathryn Hutcheson, of Sarasota, for $1,325,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,734 square feet of living area. It sold for $725,900 in 2013.

Terry Green, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5022 Sun Circle to Daniel and Michelle Rothschild, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,109 square feet of living area. It sold for $265,000 in 1996.


South Gate

Wayne Sault sold his home at 3617 Jaffa Drive to Jennifer and David Sereno, of Madison, Wisconsin, for $1.25 million. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,176 square feet of living area. It sold for $375,000 in 2015.
