Top residential real estate sales for Sept. 25-29 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Brian and Pamela Ann Sullivan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2305 Casey Key Road to Dana and Judy Hoffmann, of Cortland, New York, for $8,525,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, five-and-three-half baths, a pool and 9,046 square feet of living area. It sold for $6.5 million in 2002.

Eugene and Diane Katz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1723 Hillview St. to Lawrence Writt and Courtney Bobosky, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,552,000. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two baths, pool and 2,030 square feet of living area. It sold for $815,000 in 2019.
