A home in Sapphire Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Vincent Payne, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 337 N. Shore Drive to North Shore Manor Inc. for $3.2 million. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,839 square feet of living area. It sold for $670,000 in 2019.



Sarasota

Marina Tower

Mary Jo Deckro, trustee, of John Deckro, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 504 condominium at 1233 N. Gulfstream Ave. to David Eugene Bass Jr. and Brenda Stafford Bass, of Sarasota, for $2.45 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,906 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.33 million in 2005.


Harbor View on Golden Gate Point

William Breidenbach, of Northborough, Massachusetts, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to Michael and Stacey Campbell, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for $2.15 million. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,949 square feet of living area. It sold for $965,000 in 2014.


The Mark Sarasota

John Herndon, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 519 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Jonathan Loomis and Kristen Walker, of Gainesville, for $1.55 million. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It sold for $907,100 in 2019.


Bayview Acres

Drew and Dianne Chace, of Reading Vermont, sold their home at 6711 Ave. C to Lorry Eible, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,686 square feet of living area. It sold for $711,500 in 2019.


South Creek

Albert William Glueck III, of Osprey, sold their home at 513 S. Creek Drive to Ryan Michael Kunker and Katie Kunker, of Osprey, for $1,325,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,556 square feet of living area. It sold for $490,000 in 2008.

Day Summer McQuown, of Sarasota, sold her home at 257 Cosmopolitan Court to Joshua Mark Newman, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,586 square feet of living area. It sold for $930,000 in 2021.

2040 Sandrala LLC sold two properties at 2040 and 2030 Sandrala Drive to T&A Property of Sarasota for $1,175,000. The property at 2040 was built in 1972 and has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,854 square feet of living area. The property at 2030 was built in 1972 and it has four bedrooms, four baths and 1,854 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $865,000 in 2022.


One Hundred Central

Roman and Carmen Hurko, of New York City, sold their Unit K717 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Jeffrey Alan Janoff, of Sarasota, for $1.17 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,707 square feet of living area. It sold for $680,000 in 2013.


8th Street

Edwin Ortiz and Mary Irene Ortiz, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold two properties at 1928 Eighth St. to Candida Curridori, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1 million. The first property was built in 2015 and has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,563 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2015 and has one bath and 464 square feet of living area.


Bayview Heights

Catherine Baczynski and Christopher Baczynski, of Nebraska City, Nebraska, sold their home at 2615 Puritan Terrace to Gregory and Marty Tatum, of Herndon, Virginia, for $970,000. Built in 1939, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 984 square feet of living area.

James and Sandra Layfield, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 118-C condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to Christopher Armstrong and Natalie Armstrong, trustees, of Sarasota, for $940,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,093 square feet of living area. It sold for $320,000 in 2010.


W.B. Harvard’s

Nikki Koulizakis, trustee, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 1857 and 1859 Sixth St. to Jack Campbell and Katherine Lorey, of Punta Gorda, for $625,000. The property at 1857 was built in 1932 and has two bedrooms, one bath and 815 square feet of living area. The property at 1859 was built in 1936 and has one bedroom, one bath and 392 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $125,000 in 1992.


South Gate

Karin Cole and Patricia Rager, trustees, sold the home at 3312 S. Seclusion Drive to Travis Gale Taaffe, of Sarasota, for $577,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,387 square feet of living area. It sold for $127,000 in 1992.

Jeannine Olkiewicz, of Bradenton, sold her home at 4293 Kingston Court to Debra Hering, trustee, of Sarasota, for $535,800. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,958 square feet of living area. It sold for $136,100 in 1985.

Phoebe Salten, trustee, of Barrington, Rhode Island, sold the home at 3419 Chapel Drive to Devil’s Rock LLC for $520,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet of living area. It sold for $450,000 in 2022.

Donald Weigel, of Meredith, New Hampshire, sold his home at 1142 Windsong Lane to 1140 Windsong LLC for $2,075,000. Built in 1957, it has six bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,820 square feet of living area. It sold for $694,500 in 2003.


Sarasota Beach

Mark Ruzycki and Teresa Bauer, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 5454 Avenida Del Mare to Joseph and Deborah Carbo, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, for $2 million. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,180 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.1 million in 2018.

Wayne and Julie Ranieri, trustees, sold the home at 134 Island Circle to Jarr Family 134 Island LLC for $1.5 million. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,926 square feet of living area. It sold for $650,000 in 2016.

Michael and Anne Harris, of Chaumont, New York, sold their home at 666 Calle De Peru to M. Bennici Enterprises Inc. for $1.05 million. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 864 square feet of living area. It sold for $244,500 in 2012.

Kevin Skiest, trustee, sold three properties at 8324 Midnight Pass Road to SPE #230 LLC for $1,825,000. The first property was built in 1968 and has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,955 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1968 and has one bedroom, one bath and 720 square feet of living area. The third property was built in 1989 and has one bedroom, one bath and 675 square feet of living area. They sold for $680,000 in 2008.


Siesta Gulf View

Donald and Lisa Effinger, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 404 condominium at 420 Beach Road to Susan Cha Properties LLC for $1,627,500. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet of living area. It sold for $825,000 in 2019.

Franciszek and Malgorzata Lassak, trustees, of Lemont, Illinois, sold the Unit 410 condominium at 5770 Midnight Pass Road to Daniel George and Jane Marie George, of Ontario, Canada, for $1,395,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It sold for $640,000 in 2020.


Horizons West

Gail Wagner, trustee, of Miamisburg, Ohio, sold the Unit 706 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Douglas Clark and Lisa Lee Clark, of Sarasota, for $1,375,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It sold for $282,000 in 1994.

Gordon Honor, of Ontario, Canada, sold his Unit 407 condominium at 625 Beach Road to Tivoli 407 LLC for $1,045,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. It sold for $575,000 in 2014.

Scott Marks, Karen Boa and John Marks, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 403 condominium at 797 Beach Road to FSS Properties LLC for $865,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,122 square feet of living area. It sold for $100,000 in 1986.

160 Garden Lane LLC sold the home at 160 Garden Lane to Marco Madrid, of Sarasota, for $845,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet of living area. It sold for $642,500 in 2021.

Robert Hofmann and Kathrin Winter, of St. Petersburg, sold their Unit V-13 condominium at 134 Whispering Sands Circle to David and Lorna Feemster, of Rhinelander, Wisconsin, for $840,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It sold for $585,000 in 2019.

Matthew Teeter, trustee, of Chittenango, New York, sold the Unit 301 condominium at 901 Beach Road to La Siesta RMHC LLC for $680,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 940 square feet of living area. It sold for $100,000 in 1985.

Nancy and W. Fred Nemacheck, of Estes Park, Colorado, sold their Unit 20 condominium at 1129 Seaside Drive to Tom and Kathleen Wilson, of Cleveland, for $615,000. Built in 1957, it has one bedroom, one bath and 567 square feet of living area.

Richard MacDonald, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8299 Cypress Hollow Drive to Gary and Teresa Wells, of Sarasota, for $837,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,897 square feet of living area. It sold for $359,900 in 2010.

Sharon Bruns, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, sold her home at 5141 Flagstone Drive to James Richard Farr and Danielle Leigh Gaylord, of Lafayette, Indiana, for $695,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,162 square feet of living area. It sold for $299,000 in 2013.
