Top residential real estate sales for June 26-30 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis

A condominium in Epoch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alan Town and Tatiana Vitalyevna Town, of Sarasota, sold their Unit PH condominium at 605 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Richard Henley and Susan Davis, trustees, of Sarasota, for $11.15 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 5,238 square feet of living area. It sold for $9,747,300 in 2021.

 

Sarasota

The Condominium on the Bay

Harry and Margaret Moore, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 21 condominium at 940 Blvd. of the Arts to Jonathan and Kelly Kappes, of Sarasota, for $1.85 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,037 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,000 in 1999.


Lewis Combs

Edward Weiss and Caron Palder, trustees, of Weston, Connecticut, sold two properties at 1694 Hawthorne St. to Ingrid and William Curtis, of Sarasota, for $1.75 million. The first property was built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,630 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1925, it has one bedroom, one bath and 434 square feet of living area. They sold for $725,000 in 2014.


Burns Court

Georgia Eleana Kopelousos sold two properties at 422 Burns Court to SRQ BURNS LLC for $1.5 million. The first property was built in 1926, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 916 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1926, it has one bedroom, one bath and 231 square feet of living area. They sold for $1,325,000 in 2021.


Renaissance

Renate Thompson, trustee, of Franconia, Virginia, sold the Unit PH-11 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Gary Doer and Virginia Devine, of Manitoba, Canada, for $1,311,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,395 square feet of living area. It sold for $520,000 in 2010.


Phillippi Gardens

Warren McGregor, of Sarasota, and Katherine McGregor, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5551 America Drive to Gregg Murphy and Gayle Kindig, of Sarasota, for $1,275,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,002 square feet of living area. It sold for $514,100 in 2017.

Gregg Stanton Murphy and Gayle Clay Kindig, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5435 America Drive to Warren McGregor, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,874 square feet of living area. It sold for $575,000 in 2020.

Jay and Barbara Huffaker, of Naples, sold their home at 1620 Hyde Park St. to Brian Schaffer, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,257,000. Built in 1925, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,359 square feet of living area. It sold for $325,000 in 2012.


Grosvenor Park

Clasico Holdings LLC sold the home at 1526 Oak St. to Stanley Eli Schulman and Helene Ann Panzer, of Sarasota, for $1,195,100. Built in 1926, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 808 square feet of living area. It sold for $579,000 in 2021.


Badger Heights

Reba Sachs, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1854 Bahia Vista St. to Charles and Jennifer Adams, of Sarasota, for $1,075,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,587 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in 2014. 


James S. Hall’s

VZS Design LLC sold two properties at 1660 Seventh St. to Georgia Eleana Kopelousos, of Sarasota, for $950,600. The first property was built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1925, it has one bedroom, one bath and 484 square feet of living area. They sold for $600,000 in 2021.


Coral Cove

Next One Homes LLC sold the home at 7412 Starfish Drive to Jason and Kristen Schwieterman, of Powell, Ohio, for $849,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,959 square feet of living area. It sold for $465,000 in 2022.


1350 Main Residential

Pioneer Investment Group LLC sold the Unit 1507 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Chad Spencer and Cynthia Billingsley-Spencer, of Sykesville, Maryland, for $785,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet of living area. It sold for $800,000 in 2022.

Dee Ess Properties LLC sold the Unit 712 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Temple Street Partners LLC for $500,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 944 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,000 in 2021.


The Villas at Eagles Point

Ronald Larose and Carol Cohen Larose, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1695 condominium at 1695 Starling Drive to Anne Snape Parsons and Douglas James Arcos, of Sarasota, for $745,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,172 square feet of living area. It sold for $453,000 in 2017.


South Gate

MGOOD Properties LLC sold the home at 2737 Siesta Drive to Evan Weber and Lauren Victor, of Sarasota, for $665,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,777 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.35 million in 2022.

Martha Stinnett sold her home at 2115 Clematis Place to Amy DePreta, of Sarasota, for $622,500. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,270 square feet of living area. It sold for $252,000 in 1029.


Sapphire Heights

John Dennis sold the home at 4724 Eastchester Drive to Beach Dreams LLC for $562,500. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,674 square feet of living area.

Island Circle Equities LLC sold the home at 214 Island Circle to Christopher Pavlovski, of Ontario, Canada, for $2.55 million. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,620 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.35 million in 2022.

C. Eugene and Judith Jones, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 356 Island Circle to Kevin Post and Yaniry Espinal, of Sarasota, for $1.25 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,448 square feet of living area.


Bay Island

Richard and Elizabeth Stockwell sold two properties at 3435 Seagrape Drive to MSG 1001 Beach Rd 504 LLC for $2,075,000. The first property was built in 1936, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,967 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1938, it has one bedroom, two baths and 752 square feet of living area. They sold for $1,325,000 in 2021.


Jamaica Royale

Eric and Deborah Schurr, of E. Falmouth, Massachusetts, sold their Unit 61 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to MK Properties LP for $1,899,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.09 million in 2015.

James Dragatsis and Frederick O’Brien sold their home at 558 Venice Lane to HB Land Holdings LLC for $1.4 million. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,819 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,379,000 in 2022.


Casarina

Lewis and Lou Ann Tarlini, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, sold their Unit 310 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Timothy and Karen Donahoe, of Bowie, Maryland, for $1.12 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,713 square feet of living area. It sold for $715,000 in 2003.


Peppertree Bay

Larry and Joyce Greenwalt, of Westfield, Indiana, sold their Unit 803 condominium at 1125 W. Peppertree Drive to Michael Raymond O’Neil and Kimberly Barone, of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, for $962,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It sold for $215,000 in 1993.

Dean Landman and Susan Diana Landman, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit A-304 condominium at 8764 Midnight Pass Road to Barry Sommerville and Mary-Rose Gitto, of Warren, New Jersey, for $850,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,286 square feet of living area. It sold for $575,000 in 2020.

Castleco LLC sold the Unit 404 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to S&F Investors Group LLC for $735,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It sold for $699,000 in 2022.

William and Margie Walsh sold their Unit 405 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Robert Emerson, of Apollo Beach, for $700,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet of living area. It sold for $332,000 in 2010.

Ronald and Melissa Gindling, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 15 condominium at 1129 Seaside Drive to Mary Donnelly and James Brumbaugh, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1957, it has one bedroom, one bath and 567 square feet of living area. It sold for $389,400 in 2019.

Stephen Ellis, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 4 condominium at 137 Avenida Messina to Adam Herman and Raymond Francis Dulisse Jr., of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It sold for $46,000 in 1987.

Michael and Shirley Besch, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8869 Bloomfield Blvd. to Kaveh Pishdad and Nina Bayan, of Sarasota, for $1.17 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,423 square feet of living area. It sold for $835,000 in 2021.

Lyndsay White, trustee of Osprey, sold the home at 8844 Bloomfield Blvd. to Peter and Patricia Brotchie, of Rye, New Hampshire, for $1,045,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,174 square feet of living area. It sold for $540,400 in 2001.


Arbor Lakes on Palmer Ranch

Rocco and Shalyn Latorre, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5824 Palmer Ranch Parkway to Michele Anne Ferian and Michael Reid Ferian, of Sarasota, for $925,000. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,458 square feet of living area. It sold for $570,000 in 2017.

Russell and Nancy Bobbitt sold their home at 3947 Prairie Dunes Drive to Zachary Bowling and Laura Welsh, of Sarasota, for $825,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,906 square feet of living area. It sold for $395,000 in 2005.
