A two-property sale in Aqualane Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nadine Smith, of Boulder, Colo., sold two properties at 1616 Stanford Lane to Joakim Norberg and Camilla Hildebrand, of Longboat Key, for $2.85 million.
