A condominium in The Grande Riviera tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Victor and Jolian Callier, of Heathrow, sold their Unit 200A condominium at 420 Golden Gate Point to James Magee, of Sarasota, for $2,325,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,895,000 in 2005.

Gregory Hetter and Anita Pihl, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 41 condominium at 500 S. Palm Ave. to Scott Dorf and Kelly Copeland, trustees, of Westport, Conn., for $1,535,000.
