OPEN DOOR POLICY
12:16 a.m. — 0 block of Boulevard of the Presidents
Noise Complaint: A resident complained about a nearby business playing loud music that could be heard a block away. An officer went to the business, and observed that the noise level was in an acceptable range. While he was there, however, the door to the top floor opened, and the officer heard the noise the resident described. Employees at the business said they would keep the door shut to keep the noise down. The DJ also agreed to lower the volume of the music.
