Home invasion robbery in Lakewood Ranch

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office reported a home invasion robbery on Blue Runner Court at 9:45 p.m. Thursday in Lakewood Ranch.

According to a Sheriff's Office report, the victims were sitting around the pool listening to music when two black males wearing masks entered through an unlocked screen door and punched two of the victims. The two suspects then demanded money and, after being given $160 and a wallet, fled.

The investigation continues.
