The Manatee County Planning Commission today recommended the expansion of the Indigo development, in Lakewood Ranch.
Neal Communities plans to add 137 units on 49 acres, bringing the project’s total size to 590 units on 200 acres.
The project goes to the County Commission for approval March 3.
