Local governments will gather today to discuss items of mutual interest and concern.
The Council of Governments meeting runs from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Bradenton Area Convention Center, 1 Haben Blvd., Palmetto.
Items on the agenda include Tampa Bay ferry service, Manatee schools long-range facilities master plan, school parking issues and other items.
